How long does it take to build and ship my custom PC?
Standard assembly and testing usually take 10-15 business days. Once completed, shipping speed depends on the method selected at checkout, typically ranging from 1-5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their local government.
What kind of warranty comes with my XOTIC PC?
Most systems include a 1-Year Limited Parts and Lifetime Labor Warranty. We also offer extended warranty plans and accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.
Can I upgrade my components after the purchase?
Absolutely. One of the benefits of our builds is that they use standard non-proprietary parts, making it easy for you to upgrade your GPU, RAM, or storage in the future without voiding your labor warranty.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most systems. Please note that custom paint, laser etching, and shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to certain configurations.
