At XOTIC PC, we strive to ensure total satisfaction with your high-performance hardware, offering a 30-day return window for most systems and components. All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization to ensure your request is processed accurately and efficiently.

Return Process

  Initiate RMA Request

  Contact our technical support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional items to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated service center using a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for original condition; approved returns will be processed for a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
